AIRFOIL

Design AL airfoil type rotor is manufactures with 12 double surface die form airfoil section blades, welded to back plate and die-spun conical front plate. This type of blading and front place, together with the compatible scroll design of the housing, allows for minimum turbulence of air passing through the fan, and enables static efficiencies of 86% to be achieved. This type of rotor provides for non-overload characteristics and stable performance.

LAMINA

Design AL laminar rotor consists of 12 flat backward inclined blades suitably welded to a back plate and die-spun front plate. This rotor runs slower than a conventional airfoil type, but is less efficient in operation. Static efficiencies of 80 & are possible with this fan. Double width wheels have 12 blades on both sides of the back plate, forming a rigid symmetrical assembly. This rotor is also non-overloading in power characteristics.

RADIAL ROTOR

This rotor is particularly suitable for handling long shavings as well as for conveying, and handling air or gases containing materials which have a tendency to build up. Ideal for heavy, sticky or abrasive dust handling duties. This rotor has six radial blades welded to a fabricated steel spider – it is suitable for elevated temperatures up to 1.000 F and is available in both standard open rotor or with rings, depending on duty.

GH ROTOR

This rotor is specially designed for handling air which is either clean or slightly contaminated with dry, dusty materials in light concentrations. It has the highest efficiency for all industrial range of rotor and consists of 12 flat, backward inclined blades welded to a substantial back plate and a fully developed spun conical front plate. It is suitable for elevated temperature up to 900 F and is available in standard or heavy duty construction. As with all rotors in the industrial range, it max be fitted with removable wear plates if required.
